This is my White Label site at the support link inside the back office of a customer's site.
I am charging my customer for support from Builderall but they are not able to access it as you can see below.
Number One...
Please fix the "security" issue. Also, the site has the "https" as provided by Builderall so this is probably an internal issue on your end.
You can see the "Support" option is chosen for the Trial Plan in my White Label Plan configuration. For some reason it doesn't work. It needs to work as promised when I purchased this product or I should be refunded. I can't do support myself. It needs to be you. Please fix this, I don't know why it's taking so long to get it right.
Problem Number Two
Above is what shows up for my client and below shows I have the option selected in my White Label PLan Configuration options. Please correct this issue for all my plans. You providing support to my customers is a primary reason I purchased the White Label and 2 years later its still not fixed. Something is very wrong with that.
Problem Number 2
I chose 10 tools to be presented to the clients back office for the Trial account but only 5 tools are displayed.
I chose: Pixel Perfect Builder, Responsive Builder, Responsive Blog Builder, and Mobile First Builder
BUT ONLY THE Pixel Perfect Builder appears in the client's back office.
All together only 5 of the 10 tools I chose show up in the client's back office. See below picture representations.
PLEASE fix this same issue for all 3 Plans I created. Make the tools selected match what shows in the client's back office.
Please help get these issues resolved.
I originally contacted support 12 days ago about the original WHITE LABEL SUPPORT PROBLEM. The reply I got might as well have been in Greek because it was not understandable.
Please fix this. I was promised these features when I purchased and they still don't work.

The support page, in the other hand, is not working because there is no support page created in any of your builders that is vinculated to the URL you have put on the Support Content Field on white label.
As you can see in the picture below, my white label CAME WITH a support page. If it is not "vinculated to the URL", why wasn't it done by you? And if I'm supposed to do this "vinculated to the URL" why wasn't i told before? WHAT IS VINCULATED ... And then, why Don't you have a training video for it?
I've tried watching the White label training and I get this .....
Player error
The player is having trouble. We’ll have it back up and running as soon as possible.
